If you join the build log, your email address, the time you joined and which form you used are stored on this server and in Brevo (the email service). They are used for exactly what the form says — the build log, firmware releases, first word on each run — and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link; that removes you from Brevo, and a note to correct@orbit-sense.com removes the server copy.
Checkout runs on Stripe, which handles your card and, for Founders units, your shipping address under its own privacy policy. This server keeps the order number, your email, your name, the amount, the time, and a random token that opens your portal. Downloads are logged with the time and the IP address they came from, because every file is watermarked to its order. This is kept for as long as your portal is active.
No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no cookies except the one that keeps your portal open after you have used your link. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The server keeps ordinary access logs.
Write to correct@orbit-sense.com to see, correct or delete what is held about you. Deleting an order record also ends portal access for that order.
